New 300M Watch Joins The Aquaracer Family

We’ve had cause to mention the TAG Heuer Aquaracer relatively recently, as this was one of the timepiece ranges that was pinpointed as being ideally suited to being a Valentine’s Day gift. Like all fantastic things though, there always seems to be more reason to dwell on the Aquaracer, and this week TAG Heuer has announced a new intention to expand the existing range with a freshly crafted 300m design for men. As we’ve been able to procure some of these new release watches for the Banks Lyon collection, we thought that it was definitely worth scrutinising a few of the details…

The Aquaracer assemblage is always going to be inherently sporty, as the inspiration behind the selection goes back to the great TAG Heuer diving models of yesteryear. However, the aesthetic of the Aquaracer is not exclusively sports themed, as is the case with some contemporary chronograph watches, and is instead just as suited to a dress occasion. Therein lies the crux of the Aquaracer’s appeal. It is casual and stylish enough to be suitable for everyday use – not to mention elegant enough to attract plenty of attention – but is also extremely hard-wearing and durable as well.

In actual fact, all TAG Heuer watches are subjected to a veritable barrage of tests, with as many as 60 investigations being the standard benchmark to ensure premium performance and also longevity. The movement in the new timepieces is a chronograph mechanism, yet you may not be instantly alerted to that fact, thanks to a pair of remarkably distinct chronograph pushers. To suit a variety of tastes, both quartz and automatic movements are on offer, meaning that devotees of convenience and complication alike can be equally satisfied with this latest introduction to the Aquaracer fold.

Formed from finely brushed and polished stainless steel, the clean aesthetics of this Aquaracer are set off superbly by the contrast supplied by the dial, which is available in either classical black or sunray blue,  and – although you’d never notice it – each faceted and luminescent numeral has been both hand polished and applied. In terms of both visual appeal and technical functionality, the new Aquaracer ticks every conceivable box, and if you have an interest in this newcomer to TAG Heuer’s horological portfolio, then be sure to contact the Banks Lyon team at your earliest convenience.

Our quartz TAG Heuer Aquaracer 43mm watch is available today for £1,850, or on 0% finance for 36 monthly payments of £41.11 and a 20% deposit. Although a little more expensive, the additional prestige of the TAG Heuer Aquaracer Calibre 16 Automatic is yours today for £2,650, or via 36 monthly instalments of £58.89 and a 20% deposit. Both are superbly desirable creations from a perpetually popular watchmaker, so call us today on 01524 38 48 58 and we’ll be happy to discuss an enquiry. If you’re struggling to decide, our friendly personal shoppers will also help you choose!
