The Cartier 21 range includes some of the most accessibly stylish designs that Cartier have ever released. These include the Cartier 21 Chronoscaph, which combines vintage design with a more modern, sporty look, a theme which has proven popular in the world of luxury timepieces in recent years.

The most striking feature of the Cartier 21 Chronoscaph is its three sub-dials, each offering time measurements in 30 minute, 60 second and 1/10th second time divisions, located at the 2, 6 and 10 o’clock markers. These are particularly useful in conjunction with the 30 minute chronograph function. Unusually for a Cartier watch, the Roman numerals are not located on the dial, but are engraved on the stationary bezel. This feature allows the watch to appear uncluttered, despite its numerous design attributes. It also gives the timepiece a more modern edge, with the relatively large bezel providing an attractive contrast with the small sub-dials.

In addition to these features, the Cartier 21 Chronoscaph includes a date function located at the 4 o’clock marker, which is magnified against the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. There is also the famous Cartier sapphire cabochon with a screw down crown, luminous hands that provide high readability for the wearer, and a 100m water resistance.
