Hello Aziza,

I was looking for the two Rolex watches online when I came across Delicious Watches. I telephoned them and they indicated that they were Rolex dealers. So I asked them about the two watches I was after and they said they could supply them. The discount they offered was considerable. I questioned this and was informed that it was because they bought in bulk and because they did not have any overheads as "authorised main Rolex dealers" they could pass these discounts on.

I decided to pay by credit card, they preferred debit cards. But throwing caution to the wind. I decided to pay by credit card.. The order was placed on November 12th 2009. Was promised that the watches would be delivered by December 14th 2009; well in time for Christmas.

But by the 3rd week of December 2009. I was concerned that I had not received the two watches or any communication. I tried contacting them, eventually I spoke to a customer services person and he promised me that they would be delivered within the next 7 days. This went on and on. Eventually with the help of my credit card company I managed to recover what I had paid by credit card.

Then I came across this wonderful company Banks Lyon and it was a wonderful dealing with them. Service is second to none and the delivery of the watches was less than 24 hours. It was like opening Christmas presents all over again.Efficient and courteous spring to mind.

I ordered the wrong size of bracelet (my fault). I phoned and got through right away where I was reassured that it would not be a problem to return it. They phoned me back shortly after to advise that they were expecting new stock of my item and that I should expect delivery the following week.
