ORDERING

How do I order?

Some of our product catalogues have an online shopping cart system, however the majority of items shown are only available for purchase through our personal shopper service.  If you see an item that you are interested in and would like to know its price and availability or would like to place an order, please call us on 01524 381020 or email personalshopper@bankslyon.co.uk

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card transaction over the telephone, cheque or balance transfer. You can also pay by cash in store.

**If purchasing from overseas, payment can only be taken via balance transfer.**

Do you offer any form of credit?

Yes. We offer a 0% Finance option, although this is only available in our Lancaster Showroom.

SHIPPING

Can you ship internationally?

Yes!  We send items all over the world on a daily basis.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is dependant on the size and value of your item, but is normally free for items shipped to the UK. Please email personalshopper@bankslyon.co.uk for a quote on a specific item,
stating your location and which item it is you are interested in.

How do you post items?

The majority of our items are sent via Royal Mail Insured and Registered delivery, for fast and safe delivery.  Specialist carriers can be used if preferred, as we often ship with companies such as UPS and Fedex.

Can it be delivered to my work address?

If paying by credit/debit, we are only able to ship to the address that your card is registered to, so that your item is covered by our insurance should it get lost in the post.

If you are paying by another method however, your item can be posted to an address of your choice.

Can I pick my item up in store?

If you have paid by credit/debit card, you can only have your item delivered to you to your home address.  You can however pick items up in store if you have paid by another payment method.

Will I need to sign for it?

Yes.  In order to provide insurance during transit we ship all items via Royal Mail Registered and Insured Delivery.  This requires a signature on delivery.

What if I am not in when my order arrives?

If you are not in when your order arrives the postman will leave a note for you and take the package to your local sorting office.  The note will contain instructions on how to either collect the parcel or to arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Will my receipt be posted with my item?

Yes.  All receipts are sent in the same package as your item.

How soon will I receive my item?

If we have your item in stock, you can usually expect it one working day after your order is completed.  If we do not have your item in stock you will be quoted a delivery time.

Are you an authorised stockist?

We are officially recognised and authorised stockists of the following brands:
Breitling, Cartier, Chopard, Daines and Hathaway, Dreyfuss and Co, Emporio Armani, Faberge, Fope, Georg Jensen, Gucci, Halcyon Days,  Links of London, Longines, Mont Blanc, Omega, Pandora, Rolex, Rotary, Royal Copenhagen, TAG Heuer and Tissot

Are your Watches and Jewellery authentic?

Yes.  All our watches come directly from the manufacturer, and we are officially authorised stockists for all the brands we carry.

Can you adjust the bracelet on my new watch?

We carry out free bracelet alterations on any new or second-hand item purchased from us.  If your watch was not purchased from us then we may alter it for a small fee.

Will I get all the paperwork?

Yes.  As all of our watches and jewellery come directly from the manufacturer, you will get and jewellery guarantees, and all our watches come with a full Two Year International Manufacturers Warranty.

OTHER

Are your diamonds conflict free?
Yes.  All of  the Diamonds we supply are conflict free, and therefore 100% compliant with the Kimberly Process (see www.diamondfacts.org for more information)
