Halcyon Days
Long before the revival in 1970, Halcyon Days were the leading specialists in
rare and valuable antique English enamels, they still are. Today the designs are
created by talented artists and calligraphers who faithfully reproduce the
quality associated with English enamels of the 18th century.
Halcyon Days Enamels is English craftsmanship at its very best. Each design
is hand-painted in the minutest detail, with the more complex designs taking up
to forty hours to paint. Each box, therefore, is an original work of art and has
the official Halcyon Days backstamp added to the base for authentication. With
the finishing touches complete, the enamel boxes are then packaged and protected
in sumptuously-lined presentation cases.
