Recently re-launched, the Longines Flagship collection replicates the classic elegance of the original 1957 collection and includes some modern updates in the form of alternative material and colour choices. The basic design is a reissue of the original, keeping the large readable dial and slim case lines. Unlike the original however, the timepiece is available in automatic and quartz movements for the ladies models as well as the gents, modernising the range as well as providing additional choice in movement. Models incorporating the quartz movement include a medallion-style engraving of a tall ship in full sail, and those using automatic movements include a transparent case back, to allow for visual enjoyment of the movement.

Models included within the Longines Flagship range of watches are the Longines Flagship Ladies, the Longines Flagship Gents, the Longines Flagship Automatic Ladies and the Longines Flagship Automatic Gents. There are a range of sizes available, from 25mm to 35.6mm, and though many models come in stainless steel there are other material options available such as a bi-colour steel and gold PVD variation. Ladies models can include diamonds emblazoning the dial in the form of hour markers and in a ring on the bezel.
