For repairs under guarantee your watch would be sent back to the watch house. We have a strong relationship with all of our brands and endeavour to get your repair resolved and the watch back with you as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

We offer an in-house battery, reseal and testing service for a large range of brands.

If you need to change up or down by a ring size, or perhaps a claw retipping our knowledgable staff can arrange this for you.

Our highly skilled workshops have the knowledge & ability to restore your prized possession to bring it back to life without damaging its historic integrity. Replacement diamonds are carefully chosen to match & sustain the value and the style of the original item.

Re-modelling Service:

Banks Lyon Jewellers offer a full design service. We hand make jewellery of the very highest standards. If you have a tired piece of Jewellery that you feel needs re-designing. We would be pleased to help. For information, please email bob@bankslyon.co.uk

 

Valuations:

Insurance and Probate valuations are undertaken on site, we offer high quality digital photographs of the more important pieces in your collection. You receive a professional certificate, giving a detailed description of the items and a replacement value for an insurer to pay out in the event of loss. Our valuation allows you obtain insurance cover for the goods of a sufficient value that will compensate you in the event of a loss.
