Is Banks Lyon open? / How can I contact Banks Lyon?

Following government announcements, our Lancaster and Kendal showrooms will be closed for the duration of the lockdown from Thursday, the 5th of November, until the proposed re-opening date on Wednesday the 2nd of December.

Until then, we will maintain our usual opening hours, 10am - 4 pm on Tuesday (November 3rd) & Wednesday (November 4th).

bankslyon.co.uk will remain fully operational and we are still fulfilling all website orders under the strictest of hygiene practises, with a scheduled click and collect option at our Lancaster showroom available to our local customers who have completed their purchases online.

Bankslyon.co.uk is open as usual for all your online shopping needs, and we continue to offer next-day* delivery services to help you maintain social distancing.

Will my order / delivery be effected?

Currently, all orders for Items in stock will be fulfilled as usual. Some items not listed in stock are also still currently obtainable, it is worth contacting us if you wish to order a non-stock item.

We use the Royal Mail tracked and insured delivery service on all items. Please note that Royal Mail are not currently guaranteeing usual delivery times and some orders may arrive later than usually expected.

We cannot currently guarantee orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday with Royal Mail Next Day Delivery we be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day*.

We will attempt to process and dispatch all orders the next working day, however please be aware that during this time the processing time may be extended.

If your item is a special order and we are waiting for it to arrive from the manufacturer, there may be a lengthy delay. Some of our suppliers are operating on reduced staff with restricted logistics. We endeavour to keep all customers informed where effected.

 

I can’t collect my store order/ repair

If you currently have any repairs or orders with us that were ready for collection we are more than happy to arrange delivery. Please contact us via personalshopper@bankslyon.co.uk to discuss options.

 

I have instructed Banks Lyon to send my item away for servicing/repair, when will I get it back?

We have endeavored to keep all customers informed where effected. For further enquiries please contact us via personalshopper@bankslyon.co.uk

In the event of a lockdown or brand closure while your item is away, your items will remain safely with them until usual service is resumed.

 

What are Banks Lyon doing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?

Your safety and the safety of our team is of paramount importance to all of us here at Banks Lyon Jewellers.  Our sales colleagues are working from home and team members dispatching orders are working with strict social distancing and isolation practices.

Our shop floors have been reorganised to ensure social distancing and strict hygiene measures are in place, with sanitising equipment and safety screens placed at all serving areas.

As ever, we strive to offer you the best customer service, and you can rest assured that our hygiene processes have been increased in line with the guidance from the government and health authorities.
