We’ve previously mentioned Baselworld 2016 as the upcoming prestigious event that is king in the watches and jewellery world. This trade show event has just opened its doors for another annual fair and, with 150,000 professionals from over 100 countries, Baselworld is the focal point of the entire industry – at least for eight days a year.
Visitors will be able to find a wide collection of beautiful and colourful gems in pieces of jewellery such as rings, lockets and bracelets, and will see the world’s rarest lab-grown diamond, from New Diamond Technology, a beautiful 5.03-carat emerald cut blue diamond. The watches on display range in style from the classic to ones with more modern designs, all with the assurance of a timeless craftsmanship, both for gents and ladies.
They will also encounter watches like Bremont’s new releases, which includes Boeing 100, a limited edition that pays homage to Boeing’s leading position as a commercial aircraft manufacturer. The crown on this watch has a piece of carbon fibre composite from the Bowing Dreamliner ZA004, and the watch’s brown colour reminds of the aircraft’s cockpit. Another limited edition is the Omega Speedmaster CK2998 – this is an updated model of a vintage favourite, a stunning stainless steel watch with touches of a stunning deep blue.
