In 2009 Chopard have released the Titanium limited edition version of the Chopard 1000 Miglia GT XL Chrono watch, following the 20th anniversary collection paying tribute to the legendary race from Brescia to Rome and back. This luxury timepiece is inspired by the Mille Miglia model that was originally introduced in the 1990’s. This Chopard Mille Miglia watch had great success as it was the first timepiece in history to be made on a natural rubber strap which was proposed by the Dunlop Racing tire in the 1960’s.
The Chopard Mille Miglia carved from a block of titanium, the 44mm lightweight case of which is polished and brushed. The dial is a deep charcoal grey and its ultra sporty features include a central seconds hand and a tachometric scale. The fact that chronograph of the watch is COSC certified is enhanced by the red arrow tipped hand and other red accents on the dial.
Chopard 1000 Miglia GT XL Chrono – 168459-3005
This Chopard limited edition watch has integrated pushers and 12 and 6 0’clock numerals directly underneath the sapphire crystal, which is one of the most prominent features of the watch. The magnified date at 3 o’clock gives this Chopard watch the finishing touches to its appealing design.
