The New Bremont Armed Forces Collection

Bremont have continued their association with military-related timepieces with the launch of the Armed Forces Collection. The new collection, which will be released later this year, follows other Bremont watches with strong ties to the military, including the stunning Martin Baker ejector seat models.

In February 2019, Bremont announced they will be launching a brand-new range of watches in partnership with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) to honour Her Majesty’s Armed Forces. From this partnership, the Bremont Armed Forces Collection was born. Thanks to their partnership with the MoD, all pieces within the Bremont Armed Forces Collection feature legitimate signs, symbols and heraldic badges of all three services.

The Bremont Armed Forces Collection draws inspiration from the original ‘Dirty Dozen’ watches, a series of timepieces commissioned for the British Army during World War II.

Like all Bremont watches, the Armed Forces Collection will be produced at the company’s headquarters in Henley-on-Thames.

Bremont Armed Forces Collection at Banks Lyon

Banks Lyon are proud to have the entire Bremont Armed Forces Collection available to pre-order, and it’s fair to say that the watches in this family are not to be missed, with some truly stunning contemporary pieces available to choose from.

The aim of the Bremont Armed Forces Collection is to appeal to military personnel and civilians alike, producing a family of watches that are renowned for combining performance and reliability.

The collection has a watch for each wing of the armed forces: the Army, the Navy and the Royal Air Force. Each watch is vastly different and boasts specific features tailored to the different armed forces’ branches.

Bremont Broadsword

A contemporary take on the three-handed ‘Dirty Dozen’ watch design, which houses a chronometer rated BE-95-2AV movement inside a sturdy satin polished two-piece 40mm MoD stainless steel hardened case.

This watch comes armed with a 38-hour power reserve, a water resistance of up to 100m and sits on a 20mm khaki green sailcloth strap. To match the original specification made for the British Army, multiple layers of luminous paint have been used on the hands and dial.

Available to purchase from May 2019, you can pre-order the Bremont Broadsword from Banks Lyon on 0% finance from just £43.25 a month over 48 months, or purchase it for £2,595.
