Benefit from Banks Lyon Part Exchange Service

Watches

Banks Lyon have many years of experience in the world of haute horlogerie; in addition, we are also official stockists for prestigious, world-class brands, from Omega and Cartier to Hublot and Bremont, so you can trust our unrivalled expertise, be it online or in-store. We have a vast range of luxury watches at your disposal as well, which means it’s easy to find and choose the timepiece you always wanted to own.

And, with our part exchange service, it’s now simpler than ever to purchase your dream watch.

Why Choose Banks Lyon for Your Next Purchase?

If you have your mind set on one of our fantastic pieces, why not use your current watch against the price of a brand-new one? This way, you are able to buy the watch you want at an even better price. Our experts will assess your timepiece and offer you a competitive and precise valuation, and we’re more than happy to answer any questions you may have along the way.

By choosing Banks Lyon, you get superior quality; the history of our brand started in the 19th century, in 1887 and, over the years, we have gained a reputation for expertise, experience and superb customer service.

Our watches come with an Official International Manufacturer’s Warranty that lasts a minimum of two years, ensuring peace of mind with every purchase. You can also return your item to us within one week if you’re not entirely satisfied.

In addition, we have been awarded ‘Independent Jeweller of the Year’ at the 2014 UK Watch & Jewellery Awards, as our reputation is solid and our focus on delivering the best possible experience is well-known in the North West of England.

How Does This Service Work?

In order to participate in our part exchange service, it’s first necessary to value your watch. This process is quick and simple; you only need to fill out a form with some details or contact Banks Lyon directly through our email address at personalshopper@bankslyon.co.uk with that same information.

We will then be in touch with an exchange offer.

The details we request you provide aim to ensure the most accurate and thorough valuation, and include details such as the colour of your watch’s dial, the age of the piece, the condition of the watch, the brand and model/reference number, the materials used, and whether you bought it new or pre-owned.

Make sure to tell us if you have any of the original documentation and packaging, as well as whether the watch is damaged in any way. You can upload photos of your timepiece as well and will also need to let us know which watch you want to purchase with this part exchange service.

The more details you are able to provide us, the easier it will be for us to get back to you with our best part exchange offer.

Our offers are subject to change depending on a physical check of your timepiece at our Lancaster store, where our qualified valuation team will thoroughly check your watch and provide the most appropriate estimate.

To start your purchasing journey today, fill out our part exchange form with as much information about your watch as possible, and we will be in touch with a valuation. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us or visit our stores for a face-to-face chat with our friendly team.
