Formula 1 and Max Verstappen

Max Verstappen is a Belgian-Dutch racing driver who competes under the Dutch flag in the Red Bull Racing team. He began karting when he was only 4 and a half years old and, by the time he was 17 years old, he became the youngest driver to ever compete in Formula 1. He had his debut race for Red Bull Racing when he was 18, becoming the youngest-ever winner of a Grand Prix.
Verstappen comes from a family heavily associated with motorsports: his father is a former Formula 1 driver, his mother competed in karting and his uncle competed in endurance racing and is, currently, a NASCAR Whelen Euro Series driver.
TAG Heuer were inspired by the talented Verstappen and his audacious, adventurous spirit to create the stunning Formula 1 Max Verstappen Special Edition watch.
This model was designed with input from the racer himself who said, at a launch event in Amsterdam, that “the watch is very sporty, with nice racing colours in black and red. The red was inspired by the Senna version, which I personally like very much. Also, the bracelet reminds me of the bracelet I received from TAG Heuer after my first Grand Prix win. I think, overall, it’s a very cool watch – exactly what I wanted it to be!”
