Bremont Offers a New Pilot's Watch

At times it is difficult to believe that esteemed British watch makers Bremont have only been in business for less than ten years. The company has achieved remarkable success in what is an incredibly short time period for a luxury watch manufacturer.

The Bremont BC Solo is a beautiful offering from the British watch maker.

It is remarkable that Bremont has made such an incredible rise to the very pinnacle of the luxury watch market without an “entry level” watch in their range. This is set to change however with the release of the Bremont BC Solo. The styling of the watch is obviously based around classic pilot’s wrist watches, despite many other Bremont watches being similarly designed, Giles English stated “Both Nick and I have always loved the classic pilot watches of the 40’s and we felt that in our range there was room for a beautifully simple and very traditionally styled pilots watch.”

Although this watch is described as “entry level” by many, it certainly has the specifications of a much more expensive watch, as it has retained many of the features that other Bremont watches are known for, the hardener steel three-part Trip-Tick case, anti reflective sapphire crystal and a chronometer grade, modified Swiss movement. The watch will be available with two different face styles, one with white numerals and the other with cream numerals.

Unveiled at BaselWorld 2011, the BC Solo is due to be available for sale in July, when it is sure to become a favourite among Bremont lovers and will undoubtedly convert a few to the up and coming British brand.
