Bremont have released a civilian version of their exclusive C-17 Globemaster watch, an edition that was limited to a specific squadron flying the C17 globemaster military plane that the watch was based on. That fantastic watch caused such a stir that it was certain to see a civilian model before too long and so Bremont have released the World Timer. This watch borrows heavily from the globemaster and makes very few changes to the design of the original model.
One of the unique features that are borrowed from the military edition is the globe motif on the face of the watch, with a subtle engraved look, all of the key features of the watch are set in front of this backdrop.  Another important aspect of the globemaster is the clarity and readability of the face and dials. As has become standard with many great Bremont watches, the hands and hour indicators are coated with substantial luminous covering for reading in low light conditions and the hardened sapphire crystal is covered on both sides with anti resistance coating that reduces glare significantly.
The Bremont Worldtimer earns its name with time zone indicators of a major city from each time zone, when used in conjunction with the 24 hour hand, this feature makes it incredibly easy to tell the time in any part of the world very quickly.
The face of the watch takes inspiration from the Heads Up Display of the C-17 itself, although the globemaster features a small depiction of the plane underneath the Bremont logo, the worldtimer has a more subtle nod to its origin with a slightly twisted propeller symbol that underlines the word Bremont on the face. The watch comes with a watch changing tool and a spare NATO nylon strap that completes the military aesthetic of this servicemen’s accessory.
