Our team of experienced Personal Shoppers are on hand to ensure you can make an informed decision about any purchase. The team consists of experts in each of the brands we carry, so you can buy your selected piece of jewellery, or watch, safe in the knowledge of having made a fully informed decision.

Each and every customer at Banks Lyon can expect truly exceptional customer service when visiting either our Lancaster or Kendal store. When browsing with Banks Lyon, customers are made to feel at home from the moment they step through the door. One of our knowledgeable Personal Shoppers will be with you every step of the way, to ensure you feel confident in the purchase you are making.

Whilst browsing, all of our customers are welcome to sit back and relax with a drink of their choice in our private viewing room, whilst your very own Personal Shopper gets to know a little more about you and the type of watch or piece of jewellery you’re looking for, whether that be engagement rings on finance or even diamond rings on finance. If you’re a little unsure of exactly what you’re looking for, we are more than happy to make recommendations on what may be best suited for your particular lifestyle.

To further highlight Banks Lyon’s commitment to our customers, Lancaster Store Manager, Myles Harrison, became an Omega Grand Ambassador earlier this year. Myles is now one of a select few Grand Ambassadors within the UK, and the only one between Glasgow and Liverpool. This further highlights Banks Lyon’s focus on ensuring all of our staff have a fantastic knowledge of each and every product we stock.

Myles said that the training he received in Switzerland to become an Omega Grand Ambassador was truly fantastic, but he was most excited to use it to help Banks Lyon’s customers: “Firstly, to even be nominated for the training to become an Omega Grand Ambassador was a massive achievement. It really was an incredible week in Switzerland; I learnt so much about the Omega brand, but the most exciting part about the whole experience was knowing I could pass on my knowledge to our customers once I had completed the rigorous training.”

To add to this, Banks Lyon were crowned the Best Independent Jeweller in the North of England by the Inspiring Independents in 2017. This ranked Banks Lyon among the top 5 independent jewellers in the country. The shortlist of 100 independent jewellers was voted for by our peers within the jewellery industry and took into account a whole host of variables, including exceptional customer service, which Banks Lyon excelled in.

Banks Lyon’s focus on customers even goes beyond the service they receive once in the store. The entire design of our Kendal store was centred around the consumer. This emphasis on ensuring our customers are at the forefront of everything we do hasn’t gone unnoticed; our Kendal store was nominated for Store Design of the Year at the UK Jewellery Awards 2018.
