The most distinguishing feature about this Breitling Montbrillant watch is the way in which it displays the date. The calendar displays both the day and the month through the side apertures, while a half moon centre pointer indicates the date. This is famously called the slide rule and is a feature on all of Breitling Navitimer watches.

The limited edition version of this Navitimer Datora has been made in 18ct rose gold and has a reasonably large case size at 43mm. It is currently available on a leather strap or a Navitimer bracelet and is only water resistant up to 30 meters. As with all Breitling Montbrillant watches, cambered sapphire crystal, which has been glareproofed on both sides has been used to make the functions on the watch dial easier to view.
