Bremont HMS Victory Watch At Banks Lyon Jewellers

Banks Lyon Jewellers received the world’s first working prototype of the Bremont HMS Victory watch after its launch last Thursday. After the launch aboard HMS Victory, the watch had a short stay in Lancaster over the weekend to let people view the magnificently crafted timepiece.

With the watch in high demand, nearly all of the watches – 250 in Stainless Steel and 40 in Rose Gold – have sold out in advance of them being released in November. Banks Lyon invited customers to come and view the watch in person on Saturday the 14th of July to mark the event, as well as to view new Bremont watches such as the Ladies 37mm Solo, Gents White dial solo and the Gents White Dial World Timer.

Banks Lyon general manager Bob Breden attended the launch on HMS Victory in Portsmouth and recorded a video blog covering the details of the watch.

Bremont co-founder Giles English works closely with the restoration of HMS Victory which has lead to the production of this historic time piece. As every watch contains original materials from the ship, some of the money from the sale of each watch will go back to the restoration of the famous vessel.

In addition to having the world’s first showing of the HMS Victory watch, Banks Lyon are official stockists of Bremont watches and have a great range in stock. Unfortunately, the prototype has now left Banks Lyon Jewellers, but with other great Bremont watches in stock, there is sure to be something for everyone.
