Chopard launches bespoke Happy Sport watches in their pre-Basel 2013 treats

2013 marks the 20th anniversary for the iconic Chopard Happy Sport Watches Collection. These visually stunning watches combined with the watch-making know how of Chopard’s master watchmakers were first introduced twenty years ago in a bid to change people’s perceptions of women’s watches forever.

Combining steel with gold and diamonds the Swiss watch brand created a collection that had all the attributes of a complicated Swiss watch with a lady like finish that meant women could enjoy a highly crafted timepiece without having to compromise on style. Before Chopard fused these elements it had never been seen before in the watch making world.

In the run up to this year’s Basel fair, and the illustrious Cannes film festival, two of the most important events in Chopard’s bustling schedule, they have released a new collection of Happy Sport watches: The My Happy Bespoke Passion watch. Celebrating the playful sense of craft and design these watches can be customised to your very own styling. In specialised Chopard boutiques the world over the customer can pick and chose the charms they wish to float around in the case of the watch. Diamonds, pink sapphires, tsavorites and blue sapphires, a variety of moving charms, beautifully coloured leather straps or classic steel bracelets are all on offer to make your watch as unique as you are.

The beauty of this range is that each piece is then hand crafted in Geneva, Switzerland especially for you – the perfect one of a kind watch.
