Engineering Excellence: Wolf Watch Winders

The engineering and innovation behind luxury watches can be incredibly appealing when you are choosing a timepiece to invest in. The craftsmanship that goes into these chronographs is exceptional, so ensuring their function months and years after purchase is important.

Automatic watches are particularly popular, largely due to their longevity. The mechanism inside the timepiece allows for it to be powered by the movement of the wearer, winding the watch by simply wearing it on their wrist.

However, if you own a collection of watches that you wear intermittently, you may find that the power reserve is simply not long enough to keep your watch ticking between wears. This is where WOLF comes in, providing a stylish solution in the form of watch winders – a device that gently rotates your automatic watch to ensure that it never stops ticking.

WOLF: Established 1834

WOLF is a family business, established by German silversmith, Philipp Wolf in 1834. The business was then passed down through the generations, where it is now headed up by Simon Philip Wolf who started working as an apprentice under the guidance of his father.

Today, the company uses their generations of knowledge and expertise to craft watch winders, watch boxes, jewellery boxes and other luxury accessories.
