The Longines Master Collection has gained new timepieces at Basleworld this year which showcase a striking combination of retrograde functions. Presented in an 18K rose gold case in a 41 or 44mm size, the Master Collection Retrograde watches display silver-colored dial with a guilloche pattern, and blued steel hands. These watches are accented by alligator straps with triple deployant clasps.
Two models are available. The Longines Master Collection Retrograde watch features retrograde day and small seconds at the upper and lower sections of the dial, while the date is shown at 3 o’clock; at 9 o’clock is the retrograde display for the second timezone. On the Master Collection Retrograde Power Reserve watch, the small seconds display is replaced with a power reserve indicator, which shows the level of tension stored in the mainspring.ÂÂ
