Its distinctive blacksteel case – resulting from a highly resistant carbon nitride-based treatment- asserts its powerful and distinctive lines with undeniable panache.  Breitling has chosen to enliven the pure aesthetics of its dial design with the red totaliser hands echoing the colour of the outer ring scale, a subtle detail that makes all the difference!  This Breitling watch draws the gaze to its sturdy construction featuring a screw locked crown sheltered by large crown guards, pushpiece reinforcements screwed into the surrounding steel, as well as thick sapphire crystal.  The result is a case that is particularly well protected from shocks and water resistant to 300 meters.
